We aim to reply to messages as soon as possible but please remember in wedding season we are especially busy in the cutting garden, making designs in the studio and going out setting up weddings, this means we may not be able to reply to emails as quickly as at quieter times of year. Our usual working days are Tuesday to Saturday, with admin days usually Tuesday and Wednesday. We are an appointments only studio not a shop so it isn’t possible to drop in without booking first.
